I simply adored the charming decor of the hotel! The soft colors, lovely furniture, and beautiful artwork created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick. It was a delight to relax in the cozy lobby area and chat with other guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility and how comfortable I felt throughout my stay.

I wish the hotel had more staff available to assist senior guests. Sometimes, I could see the children working there were quite busy and overwhelmed with their tasks.

The location of this hotel was ideal for a city trip with everything in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. The room was equipped with a TV and a bathroom with plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff were very good and kept the room spotless every day.

The hotel lacked many of the amenities expected, such as a pool, fitness center, or bar, which made for a pretty dull stay. The staff members were rude with no proper service or hospitality.
